Jim O'Callaghan: I thank the witnesses for coming in to the committee. The Commission on the Future of Policing in Ireland recommends that all complaints should go to the independent office of the police ombudsman, IOPO. My understanding is that "all complaints" includes minor complaints. Would the representatives agree with this?
