John Gormley: The person concerned was informed by letter from the Department dated 12 February 2007 that he is not entitled to any top up payment and the reasons for this. He was further advised that his case could be reviewed on the basis of any title documents, and an appropriately certified map, that he wished to produce in support of his application. No such documents have been received by the Department.
