Tom Parlon: I understand this is a standard provision which has been included in some reasonably recent legislation. This provision has been included in legislation for a very long time for a good reason. The Bill lists these standard provisions as reasons for people to step down as members of the authority. Deputy Costello could probably raise this issue in another forum.
