Brendan Howlin: I would suggest that one puts all one's objections on the table at the same time, so that one cannot ask people to resolve difficult issues and then, when that has been resolved, to declare that there is another one for them to resolve. If one needs to have an objection, it should all be tabled simultaneously and there is no further go at it.
