Richard Bruton: The assessment of submissions from those who have expressed an interest in pre-qualification as Main Contractor for the project to which the Deputy refers, is ongoing. The process is expected to be completed shortly. It is not possible to say exactly when the project will proceed to tender until the pre-qualification process has been completed.

Richard Bruton: As indicated in my response to the previous Parliamentary Question, engagement with the vendor is ongoing in respect of outstanding clarifications regarding the proposed school site acquisition.
