Ciarán Lynch: -----he doesn't know what the status was. It could have been the case that the guarantee was in place and they were now looking to find out what the extension of that was. The guarantee could still have been in a processing mode at that time but in fairness to Mr. McDonagh, he has been on record as saying he's not qualified to state what the status of the guarantee was at that time.
