Regina Doherty: The person concerned failed to attend appointments with the JobPath Provider and regretfully his Jobseekers Allowance payment was reduced as a consequence of his non-engagement. However, the person concerned re-engaged on 8 May 2018 and full payment to Jobseekers Allowance has been restored and all monies due have issued. I trust that this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
