Bríd Smith: I just want to clarify what I said, if I did not say it clearly. Employers kick up when legislation is brought in. I am quite sure that all employers are not all cruel and that they do try to enhance their workers' lives. I am talking about legislation that enhances workers' lives.

I have to hand copies of the contracts stating that eFlexes reserves the right to change a person's working hours at any time, provided the person is told about this and the company hears the person's reasonable objections....
