Brian Stanley: Tell us why the provision is not in the contract and when it will be included. I have been told by an official that it is impossible to police the contract as it stands. Deputy Munster and members of the committee have sought this provision before. I ask Mr. Watt to come back with a clear answer as to why this has not happened and when we can expect to see the clause in the contract.
