Willie O'Dea: Last Friday the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Deputy Bruton, promised the trade unions and the public, through the media, that he would introduce emergency legislation in the House this week to protect people working in the JLC system from the consequences of the High Court decision. He made that specific and unambiguous promise. Could the Taoiseach explain the current position?
