Kieran O'Donnell: What the IAPA now wants is for us to come up with legislation to separate the two strands. From IAPA's perspective, now is the time to deal with every aspect. It believes doing so will result in enhancements. If its proposals were accepted, what would it do apart from benefiting members? What would it do for the airline industry in Ireland?
