Anne Rabbitte: This is my last point, and if the Minister could address it in her reply to another speaker, that would be great. I go back again to the definition of essential workers, assuming all the phases open up. If the latter proves to be the case, what powers does she plan to exercise regarding who decides who is an essential worker's child and who gets service?
