Gabrielle McFadden: It seems to me that everything that is being done is being done now and in the future, and that to me is very basic. I would have thought that nobody would walk into a job like that, at grade 4 and above, or any situation, and just pick up a phone and order without checking whether there was a proper way of doing it or a procedure to be followed.
