Pat O'Neill: I do not. I spoke recently to a Member of the Northern Ireland Assembly when in this House who lives in a 2,000 sq. ft. three-bedroom bungalow in respect of which she pays £1,500 per annum in respect of waste collection, water charges and the household charge. That is a great deal more than what is being charged by the Irish Government.

Pat O'Neill: Senator Ó Domhnaill stated that he is opposed to water metering. Ireland is now the only country in Europe that does not charge for water, which I am sure amazes people in Europe.
