Denis Naughten: My question does not relate to Ukrainians at all. My question is whether someone from outside the EU but not Ukraine, who is in the asylum system today and is granted refugee status during Easter week when this regulation has come into force will be treated differently under the law from a Ukrainian who comes in after that date.
