Thomas Pringle: That is all very well for active fishermen within the fishing sector, but I am talking about people living in fishing communities whose income has been taken away due to developments. I am not talking about upskilling existing fishermen.

Thomas Pringle: I do not mean to delay the meeting, but I have another question. The Marine Survey Office has said that one cannot have dual-purpose vessels. Suppose an island community decided to purchase an angling vessel that fishermen could use during the tourist season. Would that be funded by the FLAGs?
