Martin Cullen: The driver testing standards agency, DTSA, has not been established. The establishment of the DTSA which is being expanded and will be known as the road safety authority is being overseen by a project group considering the organisational structure in consultation with the Department of Finance and staff associations. There are, therefore, no salary costs associated with the agency for 2005.
