Alice-Mary Higgins: Concerns have been expressed that there are gaps in the current data sharing agreements between DPER, that is, Mr. Lowry's Department, and the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection. The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform is also encouraging the roll-out to public services despite the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner's concerns.
