Eamon Gilmore: The Bill can be taken in Private Members' time. The Government intends to have a referendum on whistleblower legislation in conjunction with the presidential election in October. It will be a number of constitutional amendments that the Government intends to bring forward. I am sure Deputy Shane Ross will welcome such a move.
