Would they support a 30 km/h speed limit in urban areas and towns and on residential roads in order to reduce the risk of fatalities by being struck at a speed above 30 km/h?

Steven Matthews: Yes, but I might just to add to the question that the likelihood of a fatality at 50 km/h is about five out of ten people and when it goes to 60 km/h, it is about nine out of ten people. At 30 km/h, there is a 90% chance that there will not be a fatality, although there will be other injuries. I ask the question in that context.
