Jim Daly: The Minister urged county managers to support the scheme. During my time as mayor of Cork County Council in 2010 I was calling for that kind of scheme for the local authorities and the county manager, a former student of the Minister's, Mr. Martin O'Riordan, has been very supportive of the scheme. He has returned to the Department.

Does she have the figure for any of the past five years? Can she give me the projected figure for five years time in percentage terms as opposed to financial terms?
