John Gormley: The Achill Sound Sewerage Scheme is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2007-2009 as a scheme to start construction in 2008. My Department approved Mayo Council's revised Contract Documents and the invitation of tenders for the scheme in May 2007. Further progress on the scheme is a matter for the Council.
