- Select Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation: Estimates for Public Services 2012
Vote 32 - Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation (Supplementary) (27 Nov 2012) Damien English: In regard to money that is not spent from earlier budgets, the same thing happened last year. In next year's Estimates, I presume the fact we have had to revise this for the past two years will feed into the budget. It would be ideal if the money could be allocated in January to a different section, if it is not going to be spent. There is a pattern developing there.

I was conscious of the time in the case of both contributions but it was worthwhile listening to both Ministers, as it feeds nicely into what the joint committee is doing.
