Noel Harrington: At the last meeting Deputy Dooley introduced an ideological argument. It would be preposterous to suggest the National Transport Authority, NTA, was embarking on a mission of privatisation. It was the NTA that offered those contracts to provide for efficiencies, not some political or ideological decision.
