Sandra McLellan: I will not be moving the amendment in Deputy Ó Caoláin's name. I will take the same approach as Deputy Kelleher and await clarification from the Minister on Report Stage on the work that can be delegated in the purchase of spectacles. However, I believe the Minister has already outlined the position.
