Tom Parlon: The Commissioners of Public Works are in negotiations with a local developer on a proposal to provide a new Garda station in Dundrum. However, a number of issues remain to be resolved. Tom Parlon: An independent architectural report, having regard to the submissions received in respect of planning consultation under part 9, is under consideration by the Commissioners of Public Works. It is expected that a decision will be made shortly. The site on which it is proposed to build the new Garda station is in full State ownership. No other sites are currently being considered.
