Hildegarde Naughton: In case there is any misunderstanding of the fourfold increase, the proposal is to bring it to €80 by 2030, and not 2020. There is a perception and a narrative that a fourfold increase to €80 is to happen by 2020. That is not the case. The advice of the Climate Change Advisory Council was that it be set at €80 by 2030 but some people are confused.
