Individual local authorities are doing 30 km/h zones but could they decide to make all urban and built-up areas 30 km/h zones by default and put that to the councillors as a reserved decision? Can that be done? Has Love 30 looked at that?

Kieran O'Donnell: We might follow up on that with the Department and maybe the organisations before us. It is a good question. You do not necessarily always have to build a new plan if the old one can basically be remodelled.
