David Stanton: I can see the point. Representatives of the Garda Inspectorate appeared before the committee recently and they said that PULSE is 1990s technology and that it should be massively upgraded. If we put PULSE into the legislation, we will have to change it again if PULSE is changed to something else in the future.

David Stanton: There is something in this and it should be examined because this issue has led to many problems. Something could be triggered if the commission considered that it was not getting information in a timely fashion. It should be able to move on it and that would be-----
