Damien English: Under our agreed timetable, we will consider that aspect as agreed. We will now commence our discussion on the general position on the saving measures introduced in 2012. Rather than go around the table for questions, I ask the Ministers to briefly summarise the savings measures achieved, followed by which we will take programme heads in turn.
