Kathleen Lynch: The FIS payment of those who are affected will be automatically adjusted to take account of their loss. I accept that perhaps the detail with regard to what is going to happen is not as clear as should be the case. I do not believe that the loss will be significant because it is clear that FIS payments will be adjusted upward rather than down.
