Joe Carey: I have followed the debate on my monitor. I thank Mr. Cullen and Mr. Brereton for a very clear and coherent presentation to the committee. We have had engagement in the past. I am disappointed with the engagement between IALPA and the Minister of State and her officials up to now. We have gone through the three, four or five amendments and there has basically only been progress on one.
