Pa Daly: Mr. Mullen and another representative of the trade union Fórsa came before the committee on this point. They lobbied for amendments on Committee Stage. I am not sure if all of their concerns about transferability have been addressed but it is important that staff maintain the rights they have worked so hard for over the years.
