Gerry Horkan: To be fair to Senator Leyden, and I am trying to be fair to everybody in the Chamber, he cannot be accused of taking up much of the time in the debate today, Monday or Tuesday, relative to many Members on all sides of the House who made valid and not so valid points. However, in terms of the analysis of the time Members took, I do not believe Senator Leyden took anywhere near the same amount...
