Alan Kelly: It is not just about projects not happening but also about "re-profiling", which is a famous term used by the Government. It basically means pushing it down the road. None of this is going to happen with any projects on the cancer side.

The first is that, as a committee, we cannot invite somebody such as the head of Government procurement here and expect him to come. That is news to me. I accept what has been said but we need to change that situation.
