David Stanton: I thank Ms Lowry and Mr. Montenegro for their presentations. Mr. Montenegro's presentation was very powerful. I congratulate him on it. It will not have been easy for him. We are aware of the number of people who have attended citizenship ceremonies in the last while. There have been many tens of thousands at this stage. This is another area to which we must give some attention....
