I welcome the fact that this project has been postponed for at least 12 months and, it is to be hoped, longer. In light of the current circumstances of financial difficulty——

I realise it is a health and safety issue but in view of the present circumstances, I wonder whether it is really vitally important. This building was reconstructed some years ago and I cannot understand, irrespective of what the Clerk of the Seanad's view is——
