- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health: National Paediatric Hospital Development Board: Chairperson Designate (13 Mar 2019)
Alan Kelly: I have a couple of questions. It might be easier if I ask all of them together and then Mr. Barry might answer them. I am aware that he is chairman designate, which restricts him. Does he believe, having examined the board, that...

- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health: National Paediatric Hospital Development Board: Chairperson Designate (13 Mar 2019)
Alan Kelly: It is peculiar that, as chair designate, Mr. Barry believes it is the normal or right thing to do to report to, in his words, a HSE committee. First, there is no such committee. Regarding the HRB's discussions with the Department, it is obvious that...
