Verona Murphy: I am at a loss. I get it but I have been getting it every time I have asked the question for the past number of years and the situation is not improving. I speak to people who have left the service. They were not asked why or they have gone to private service, which is doing the same thing - supplying the service to the HSE - but they are being paid more.
