Niall Collins: Do the delegates believe the management of the organisation is paying them lip service? Their report speaks for itself. Some of what they have to say is shocking. So few of the recommendations made in the previous reports have been implemented. Is management stating one thing and doing another, in other words, doing nothing? What is the view of the delegation?

Niall Collins: The Policing Authority legislation passed through the Seanad today, I believe. Reference was made to 1,500 non-operational roles. Are the men and women in question largely based in the Phoenix Park? May I have a breakdown of the figure?
