Noel Coonan: I thank the Minister for that. In my constituency there is a very a business that has a way of converting waste tyres into oil. It is seeking some assistance from the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government. I am glad the Minister has expressed a willingness at least to engage with it from that point of view.
