Patrick O'Donovan: I do not have an issue with the individual. Good luck to him. My issue is that the Department has 83 people getting more than €10,000 a year in overtime. Surely, there is a possibility for the Department to create additional positions with the agreement of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. Has that even been discussed?
