Jennifer Carroll MacNeill: While I stand to be corrected, I believe the restorative justice programme for young offenders was suspended by the GYDB precisely because of the difficulty with the interaction with the victims directive. Can anybody confirm if that is the case? No. I think it was about the protection of the child - the victim. I thank the witnesses for coming in and for their contributions.
