Brian Stanley: Mr. Gleeson answered a question about the source of funding for the horse and greyhound fund. The betting tax fills its coffers, with 100% of its funding coming from the betting tax. That has always been a question. There are no performance metrics provided for that fund in the Revised Estimates for Vote 30? Why is that?
