Michael Creed: The person named was approved into GLAS 2 with a contract commencement date of 1 January 2016. The GLAS participation of the person named was subject to inspection and a letter advising of the final outcome of the inspection has issued. Once all issues relating to the inspection have been finalised this case will move to the payment stage.
