Brian Stanley: From what the Deputy is saying, a lot of work has to be done on that. We can point to rural transport and electric vehicle grants as a case in point. It is not that we are opposed to grants for electric vehicles, but we can see how it is militating against rural Ireland. We will move on to dogs. Ms Hurley said more dog wardens will be employed. Will they be employed by the local authority?
