Fergus O'Dowd: I am not suggesting Deputy Catherine Murphy has overstepped the mark but there are ongoing investigations and I do not wish anyone to comment on anything that might reflect on or be part of that. I do not have a problem with the witnesses answering any question in the way they want but I make a commitment that we will not stray into anything that has not been published or is not finalised.
