Stephen Donnelly: Yes, we discussed it. We were in agreement that the Bill as drafted would provide that if you miss one payment, that is it, and that is not really satisfactory. From memory, I think we also agreed it should not be fully open ended and that the storage facility will need some ability to act, but that reasonable safeguards and common sense need to be put around it.
