Róisín Shortall: I thank all our guests for attending. My first question relates to the Covid tracker app and the decision to allow the DCC information to be uploaded on to that. The witnesses might explain how the Department of Health and the HSE made these changes to the app without a proper data impact assessment having been carried out.
