Ruth Coppinger: The reason I ask is my information is that, for example, IMMA was to have 15 members which was then to be reduced to nine. It would have exceeded that with recent appointments. It is very relevant to this. It was the assistant secretary himself who raised the issue of clarity as to how the boards are governed and how much autonomy they will have.
